For a student to apply for undergraduate degree in Sound Engineering, following criterion must be met :
For admission to bachelor's degree, the candidate must have passed the higher secondary school examination with science stream.
For IITs, it is mandatory to qualify the JEE mains and advanced. For other engineering colleges in different states, corresponding states have their respective qualifying examinations.
The duration of the course is 4 years although IITs and NITs offer five-year integrated Master’s degree.
